£100 Per User Per Month – Start & End when you want
You will be provided with a URL for our full Mission day to day transport system with GPS. This is used to manage trips, messaging, live tracking etc. Use of GPS apps are free and because you will be storing GPS location data about your drivers, you will need to inform them of the details around this. We only store GPS location data from the point the driver starts the route up to when they press stop/route finished. Routes that are recorded can be replayed to review times and locations.
We charge £100 per user per month (plus VAT) and we will not charge you at all for GPS for up to 250 separate live routes per day. If you exceed 250 live routes per day, in GPS, we will charge £2 per month per route for each extra route (unlimited trips but each extra route=one £2 charge that month). Other costs such as GPS data, traffic, notifications and your passenger’s use of the app is all free of charge. Mission has some self-service components and these are also free to use. Mapping is subject to our “fair usage policy” but if excessive usage or intensive map analysis is carried out we will discuss this with you prior to any possible restrictions or extra fees being put in place.
What do we get?
A web based passenger transport system for UK Councils and transport providers. SEND, ASC, One off jobs with a fully integrated GPS system for live tracking and route replay. Full schedules, mapping & optimizing, invoicing, provider billing, emailing, SMS, accounts, BI & stats, live chat support. Drivers, Vehicles and Attendants compliance which includes licence checks, training, service schedules and other status checking. This rental option has the same features as our GCloud 13 & 14 version except it is a web multi-tenant system. This MPS solution has been used by Councils and providers for over 25 years.
Only £100 Per User Per Month?
Yes, just £100 per user per month, no restrictions on features or permissions, no “per module” pricing. You also get our GPS system which has free to use driver & passenger apps, live tracking & route replay. Also, Self Service for parents, passengers, drivers, attendants, clients and providers is all included in this price.
Start when I want – Finish when I want?
Yes, no restrictive contracts or tendering. Pay as you go each month, or pay quarterly or annually for extra discounts. Import your data on startup, export your data on cancellation, no restrictions or extra fees.
We set up an online account with logins and a welcome pack for you to start using the system “next day”; import your data using our simple spreadsheet templates and your schedules and accounts will be built automatically. You have 30 days to settle your first invoice, then pay monthly to keep the account active, non-payment or late monthly payment will freeze the account. Add or reduce the number of users at any time during the agreement for the same monthly price.
Anything Else?
Staff training, data migration assistance and on-going support are extras for £60 per hour. Configuring your UK Government Notify System and any API or customization work is also charged at £60 per hour. We offer a “Migration Pack” managed build, train & go-live service.
The PTS Software is a web hosted, secure cloud solution. We meet all UK Government requirements for web hosted system security. We are tested constantly and have passed data security tests for both attempted external penetration and “malicious user” actions. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Mission uses UK based Amazon Web Services hosting and will support Azure Single Sign On for users. Our GPS Apps are configured for Android & iOS devices
