Sophisticated schedules list all trips and bookings in the diary, with occupancy and cost per passenger analysis. Our staff management options show all drivers and attendants working and those available for trips.

The trip schedules produce driver and attendant pay lists and work done rotas. Using our self-service system drivers and attendants can view their trips, pay, send comments to the office and also mark “Not Available” dates.

Our “Where’s My Fleet?” live tracking screen displays all in progress routes in one go.

We have a system called “Site Supervisor” for on-site management of workforce transport. The supervisor can easily see all trips booked with passenger lists and vehicle occupancy to manage no-shows, extra transport allocations and live messaging to the office.

It’s easy to manage drivers and attendant training, certification, licences and police checking. This compliance also has a red/amber/green system for ensuring rechecks and retakes are all easy to see.

Vehicle servicing schedules can be added and a full diary prepared for the annual vehicle checks and services. This then links through to the transport schedules to highlight possible conflicts of bookings when a vehicle is “not available2 due to workshop bookings.
